Linda (Chris)'s schools include Ft. Lauderdale High School. How do you put 50 years into 20,000 characters? Graduated FLHS, 1966. Married in 1968 to Larry Beatty. Had a daughter in 1969, a son in 1974. Moved from FTL to PSL in 1980, moved to Seville in 1986. Worked at a local fern company for seven years, went to Daytona State College and got my EMT certification. Worked as a 911 dispatcher for 10 years, served as a volunteer Fire Fighter/EMT for almost 15 years, worked for OBPD for almost 15 years and retired from my position as Administrative Assistant to the Chief/Office Manager on September 30, 2015. The joys of my life have been my Husband and children and the four beautiful grandchildren they have given me and two great granddaughters that help to keep me young. My children have wonderful spouses & all have great jobs. (They'll be able to take care of us in our "OLD AGE" - not yet though) The Lord watches over us all and keeps us safe.
